This is an element that lets you know at a glance that it is a different product from its predecessor, the Premier B09 Chronograph 40. On the other hand, the applique-type index took the form of Arabic numerals that ran through the previous Premiere Heritage collection, rather than the bar form of the existing 42mm version. So only the dial has been changed, but it gives a completely different feel from the previous Premier 42.
